heres what should happen:
legalize prostitution. lots and lots of health regulations and strict, strict code of conduct for clients. (you do anything slightly aggressive or with out permission to these employees, you’re in big fucking trouble.)
go under cover around to all the illegally employed prostitutes, ask them who they work for in exchange for a much safer, higher paying job, and protection until their pimp is in custody. Evil men go to jail. Good ladies still get income.
Make tons of money for the city when payed sex because safer and less taboo…
Explain to me why that isn’t a fool proof plan.

Society towards bisexuals

See, this is just dumb, because Aquaman would totally qualify as an amphibian if all you’re going with that they live both in and out of water… Brave and Bold was a dumb show…

Post

Honestly, i think our attitudes about gender will change before our attitudes on pronouns do. I don’t think the alternate pronoun thing is going to become a part of popular culture… like, ever. That’s not to say I’m not going to respect the pronouns you’ve chosen, I just think in future generations “Ze” and “Xie” and literally any vaguely pronoun-like set of words you can think of, won’t be a thing.
before you convince the general population to say “Fea” whenever they talk about you, I think we’ll already have convinced the general population to stop automatically gendering people, and using gendered pronouns…
So there will just be “They” and I think that’s okay… I think you don’t really need to have a special pronoun just for you that everyone you meet has to memorize. That’s what your name is for… And we can just let pronouns be pronouns. sexless, genderless words in our language. Not “girl pronouns” and “boys pronouns” and “bigender pronouns” and “agender pronouns” and essentially second names….

also, why the hell will gender matter at all once enough of the population has blurred gender lines. there will be no gendered groups to identify with so therefor, no gender identity. we will all just form groups based on mutual values and interested, as we already do, and gender politics as we know it will crumble. no one will care about anyones genitalia unless they want to have biological children with them or they’re a doctor… and if there’s no gender to identify, there will be no gender to identify an attraction to. No “gay” and “straight”. We’ll all just have vague, label-less “types” completely unrelated to gender, because gender wont be a thing…

Okay, I typed far more then intended with that post.
Look, just to clarify, I’m not saying gender or your gender identity is not important. I’m saying gender is so deserve and complex, I think as soon as society starts to realize that it’s going to become about as important as your favorite ice cream flavor.

It’s really fucking funny to me because after the first him her mom corrected herself and then continued on with calling her daughter “her”
This is fukh8 who is quoting wrong and actually changing the quote to make sure you know this girl was assigned male at birth
It’s not the mom who fukh8 was quoting.

I hate them so much

there’s literally no point in teaching girls to be body positive if you only use men’s opinions for validation like “boys like girls with curves” nah get that the fuck out of here

There are very, very few African-American astrophysics PhDs. That’s for a reason. I was doing something people of my skin color were not supposed to do.

I was stopped and questioned seven times by University police on my way into the physics building,” he explained. “Seven times. Zero times was I stopped going into the gym — and I went to the gym a lot. That says all you need to know about how welcome I felt at Texas.

my dog is by no means destructive, but she has this thing where if anything laying on the ground is a shade of yellow-green, (socks, the kids toys, underwear, ect.) she thinks it’s hers. and she’ll just carry it around in her mouth with her and sometimes hide it….
